Edge’s 13-Year Body Transformation Is a Testament to His Dedication

Edge has blown WWE fans away over the last year or so ever since making his surprise comeback at WrestleMania 36 last year. Since then, the R-rated Superstar has gone from strength to strength, winning the 2021 Royal Rumble and competing in the main event at the following WrestleMania, ultimately losing out to Roman Reigns.

However, it goes without saying that the Canadian wrestler has come a long way, especially after being sidelined for so long with what was thought to be a career-ending injury. What is most fascinating about Edge’s recent success is that he looks better than ever, having undergone an incredible body transformation since his last consistent WWE run.

In 2011, Edge was forced to retire when doctors advised him that paralysis was a likely outcome if he aggravated his spinal stenosis any further. Edge was more than happy to break down how he got into such incredible shape.

“I reached out to one of my best buds Rey Mysterio to ask how he whipped himself into such excellent shape at a similar age to me. He steered me directly toward @nutritionsolutions and it changed everything,” he said.

“Literally, my whole mindset started to come together. Now before you start sounding off in the comments, this isn’t a paid ad. I make nothing from this company. I pay for my meals. But when I feel so strongly about a product, and I’m asked how I did it, I have no problem shouting that from the rooftops. You can’t out-train a bad diet.”

“I went online, set up my meal plan, stuck to it religiously, and started to put in the work. I feel I got into the best shape of my life for it. We dialled it in tight.”

Edge reiterated that his recovery and awesome transformation would not have been possible without the meals in question. “It was an investment in myself and an investment in time I gained that I could use to devote to the girls. Most importantly so I could be around in a healthy capacity to be dad and partner.”
